Baxter Robertson is a Bay Area native, born in Los Altos and currently living in Redwood City. He performed as a singer-songwriter in the 80s, playing keyboards, guitar, and sax. His recordings include the albums Panorama View and Vanishing Point II on RCA and Mere Mortals on Atlantic Records. Many of his songs have been featured in film and television.

For the last 8 years he has been a staff composer at Creativity writing music for toys with over 10,000 arrangements to his credit. In the 90s he was a founding member of the seminal Bay Area party band, The Cheeseballs, who continue to be active in the local music scene.

Baxter developed his most recent project, The Tiger Club, to offer a new generation of listeners vital and celebratory live entertainment. His work with the Tiger Club draws on the richness of his composing and performing experience and pays tribute to his many influences.
